The MCA-HD consists on the application of pressure sensors connected to intelligent weighing terminals that constantly monitor the oil pressure.
The MCA-HD is designed to be installed on Dumper Trucks in order to control and manage the weight load made.

General Characteristics MCA-HD:

The control unit Barcelbal MCA-HD is directly installed in the driver's cab allowing to check in real time the total, gross and net weight;
Able to perform partial or axle-by-axle weighings. The control unit Barcelbal MCA-HD uses various types of digital sensors located beneath the suspension. The display allows to check the weighing data without pressing any key;
All trips made are recorded without the operator intervention;
The internal database allows to visualize and record each trip information including internal report, date, time and the weighing data, plus the daily, weekly and monthly total facilitating the management of all loads made;
All weighing data and all information associated with each of them, can be transmitted via GPRS or printed on weighing tickets using a specific printer located in the vehicle cab;
The USB memory reader connected to the Barcelbal MCA-HD system allows saving all weighings data on a USB device (memory card / Flash Drive);
Being able to travel knowing in real-time the weight of the carried load, allows to optimize the time and economic performance of transportation safely, thus amortizing the system investment cost.
