Oscillation Limiters with Impact Dampers.
The Weighbridge MCA-P platform is equipped with 4 (four) Longitudinal and Transversal dampers with rubber applied to the input and output of the weighing platform.
- Damper equipped with Nitrile (NBR) rubber;
- Nitrine rubber has excellent mechanic and low deformation properties. High resistance to heat, atmospheric agents and aging;
- The damper absorbs completely all the oscillations and vibrations caused by the entry / exit of trucks on the platform;
- Limiter and damper system for noise reduction and elimination of the impact of transverse and longitudinal forces;

The several decades of experience combined with its project design team allows Barcelbal to develop the MCA-P Weighbridge structure, complying with the most stringent criteria in the design of a product for weighing trucks.
The exhaustive testing through simulation using the software Pro / Engineer and SolidWorks ensure the structural strength of MCA-P Platform, allowing a detailed analysis of the bending points, fatigue of the material and its maximum permissible load per cm2.
The modular construction of the MCA-P Weighbridge with orthotropic and robust design allows the platform to have a maximum height of 30 cm. The modules that compose the MCA-P facilitate the transport process and assembly / disassembly, minimizing costs and travel time.

++ Hot Dip Galvanizing Process
Hot Dip Galvanizing Process - Weighbridge MCA-P:
- Degreasing - immersion in acid solution to remove oil and greasy substances.
- Acid chemical pickling - bath in sulfuric acid (H2S04).
- Fluxing - dip in ZnCl solution and ammonia to clean the surface to give the base for the zinc.
- Pre-drying - period in the oven at 60 ° C for drying treatment of the previous step.
- Bath in Molten Zinc - immersion in molten zinc from 440 º C to 46 º C, for reaction between Fe / Zn, which makes up the final Steel protective coating
++ Painting /Treatment with BARCELBAL Epoxy Enamel:
The metal profiles undergo a cleaning and painting process with BARCELBAL anti corrosion epoxy enamel paint, whereas the structural screws receive a chemical treatment (dacrotizing) ensuring a high degree of durability.
BARCELBAL epoxy enamel coating is formulated with special epoxy resins, ensuring a finish with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance, and physiologically harmless after hardened.
The obtained finishing is smooth and resembling a glaze, high resistant to wear made by the trucks transit, even when drying proceeds at low temperatures and high relative humidity. Features great resistance to grease, oils and non-oxidizing diluted acids.
BARCELBAL epoxy enamel coating is formulated with special epoxy resins, ensuring a finish with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance, and physiologically harmless after hardened.

BARCELBAL Treatment and Epoxy Painting Process:
- 2 coats of epoxy alkyd primer: 35 microns (minimum per coat).
- 2 coats of epoxy enamel finishing: 60 microns (minimum per coat).
- Total thickness: 190 microns (minimum).

General Characteristics:
Barcelbal Load Cells are Hermetically Sealed with IP68 protection (EN 60529) through the welding process, thus, prepared for extremely aggressive Industrial environments.
With the IP68 protection and the hermetic sealing the load cells are able to function submerged in water.
