Global and Custom management of Wine Cellars

Multiple logins for different levels of access to the software structure.

Supervisor Login: targeted for management, control and verification of data;
Reception Login: directed to weigh the grapes, data entry / producers, consultation and issuance of Listings;
Production Login: directed to launch data as grade, decantation, fermentation vats or query and issue of Listings.

Grapes Reception Module, aims to enable full control of Weighing and data processing directly on the software, providing a rigorous management control by grapes Producer and issue a grapes delivery receipt.

Connection to Refractometer for automatic acquisition of the wine's alcohol grade

A supplement to the Specific Management Software "AdegaGest ®" developed according to the traceability organigramme previously identified. Being the main objective to make the Integrated Management of the Cellar, so as to be accessible and functional without complexity. Featuring as core purpose achieving the Product Traceability.

This Software is ruled by the following parameters:

Weighing connection, starting to control the pressing, which performs certain functions managing the passage of the product through the presses;
Follow the control of decanting, in this function performs the functions defined;
Follow the control of fermentation, in this function performs the functions defined. Starting to control the wine lees filtration;
Development of fermentation control charts, etc.;
Follows the batch control based on defined procedures: fillers, labeling, direct sales, distribution and manages oenological products and others.
Workstation for remote access, being use to control and manage various items.

Integrated Management Software Module that allows to import data from the Specific Management Software "AdegaGest ®" for online connection to the Weighin Equipment related data, with full management and control of Current Accounts. Developed in accordance with the Legal parameters, presenting a viable software with data automatically received.

This Software makes the goal of Current Accounts Management , in order to be accessible and functional, presenting the purpose of achieving the informatic integration of Sales and Producer Stocks.

++ Queue Management Module

A supplement to the Specific Management Software “AdegaGest®” developed according to the need of having a steady decrease in Weighing timings. Being the main objective to perform a better management of queues in order to minimize downtime and allow a fast and effective flow of weighings without long waits. Thus we intend to make the Reception Integrated Management , to be accessible and functional without complexity. Featuring the central purpose of achieving immediate service without queuing.

Additionally the Scheduling Turn Module allows the introduction of an electronic calendar to schedule the grapes delivery date, thus providing to the Cellar a perfect queues management tool.

This module is ruled by the following parameters:

Proximity card with RFID technology, for a fully computerized integration, management and control, allowing issuing or opening of weighing receipt with automatic identification of the cardholder. All information is directly linked to Weighing receipt and recorded in the database.
Touch-screen Console with a protection level appropriate to the activity sector and deployment environment;
Thermal printer for printing weighing receipts;
SMS Sending to alert the producer to the approach time of number assigned;
Connection to various peripheral systems, such as traffic lights and road barriers.

Barcelbal presents the Commercial Management module with Certificate No. 1073/DGCI by the Directorate-General for Taxation.

Network connection and On-Line Communication for importing data from the other Barcelbal Software modules;
