Supervisor Login: targeted for management, control and verification of data;
Reception Login: directed to weigh the Dried Fruits, data entry / producers, consultation and issuance of Listings;

++ Reception Module / Dried Fruits Production

The Dried Fruits Reception Module, aims to enable a full control of Weighing and data processing directly on the software, providing a rigorous management control by dried fruits Producer and issue a grapes delivery receipt. This module is characterized by its extreme simplicity of operation on the working panel with a very intuitive functionality.

The Software "FrutosSecos ®", has been developed in accordance with your needs, for a full management and control of weighings on the reception of Dried Fruits, allowing a rigorous and On-Line management of all movements made.

Operating with the weighing system circuit through the RS 232 port C, sending Weight automatically;

Import of the Associates / Producers data base into the "FrutosSecos ®" Software.

A supplement to the Specific Management Software “FrutosSecos ®” developed according to the traceability organigramme previously identified. Being the main objective to make the Integrated Management of the Company, so as to be accessible and functional without complexity. Featuring as core purpose achieving the Product Traceability.

This Software is ruled by the following parameters:

Weighing connection, starts to control the selection of the fruits, which performs some functions like managing the transition from carpets by product and sizing;
Follows the separation control, in this function performs the functions defined;
Follows the control of grinding, in this function performs the functions defined. Moving on to control the filtration of the rejected;
Development of waste control charts, etc.;
Follows the batch control based on defined procedures: fillers, labeling, direct sales, distribution and manages oenological products and others;
Workstation for remote access, being use to control and manage various items.

Developed in accordance with the Legal parameters, presenting a viable software with data automatically received.

This Software makes the goal of Current Accounts Management , in order to be accessible and functional, presenting the purpose of achieving the informatic integration of Sales and Producer Stocks.

++ Queue Management Module

A supplement to the Specific Management Software “FrutosSecos ®” developed according to the need of having a steady decrease in Weighing timings. Being the main objective to perform a better management of queues in order to minimize downtime and allow a fast and effective flow of weighings without long waits. Thus we intend to make the Reception Integrated Management , to be accessible and functional without complexity. Featuring the central purpose of achieving immediate service without queuing.

Additionally the Scheduling Turn Module allows the introduction of an electronic calendar to schedule the grapes delivery date, thus providing to the Cellar a perfect queues management tool.

This module is ruled by the following parameters:

Proximity card with RFID technology, for a fully computerized integration, management and control, allowing issuing or opening of weighing receipt with automatic identification of the cardholder. All information is directly linked to Weighing receipt and recorded in the database.
Touch-screen Console with a protection level appropriate to the activity sector and deployment environment;
Thermal printer for printing weighing receipts;
SMS Sending to alert the producer to the approach time of number assigned;
Connection to various peripheral systems, such as traffic lights and road barriers.

Barcelbal presents the Commercial Management module with Certificate No. 1073/DGCI by the Directorate-General for Taxation.
