The “SóPeso”software, developed by Barcelbal in SQL database, presents a pleasant display system with practical and accessible handling to all operators and also characterized by the intuitive simplicity of use being a powerful tool for the integral management of the weighings.

With this software, the Company is able to use the Weighing equipment throughout the control of goods and products movement. Allowing the recording of all movements including ticketing custom lists, etc..

Fleet Management / Vehicle Fleet - Automatic Vehicle Tare

Software Management Module developed to control the Vehicles Management, procedure that can be performed by the operator or a Self-Service post, with direct association of the vehicles Tare, to require only one weigh for each discharge performed.

Supervisor Login: targeted for management, control and configuration of labels and the introduction of bar codes;
Operator Login: directed to Labelling of products

++ Queue Management Module

A supplement to the Specific Management Software “SóPeso” developed according to the need of having a steady decrease in Weighing timings. Being the main objective to perform a better management of queues in order to minimize downtime and allow a fast and effective flow of weighings without long waits. Thus we intend to make the Reception Integrated Management , to be accessible and functional without complexity. Featuring the central purpose of achieving immediate service without queuing.

Additionally the Scheduling Turn Module allows the introduction of an electronic calendar to schedule the grapes delivery date, thus providing to the Cellar a perfect queues management tool.

This module is ruled by the following parameters:

Proximity card with RFID technology, for a fully computerized integration, management and control, allowing issuing or opening of weighing receipt with automatic identification of the cardholder. All information is directly linked to Weighing receipt and recorded in the database.
Touch-screen Console with a protection level appropriate to the activity sector and deployment environment;
Thermal printer for printing weighing receipts;
SMS Sending to alert the producer to the approach time of number assigned;
Connection to various peripheral systems, such as traffic lights and road barriers.
